Shipping, Returns & Guarantees
Do you ship worldwide?
No — we ship only to the UK, all 27 EU member states, and the United States. We don't currently offer worldwide shipping.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, then delivered within 7-10 business days depending on destination.
Who pays for return postage?
You have 14 days from delivery to return an item you've changed your mind about, for a full refund. Items must be unused and undamaged, and you're responsible for the return postage on non-faulty returns.
What happens if my item arrives faulty?
We cover the return cost, and we'll replace or refund a faulty item within 30 days.
