Refund & Returns Policy. Last updated: July 2026. At Everhome, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Your right to cancel: Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason, then a further 14 days to send it back. How to request a return: Email everhomenquries@gmail.com with your order number and item. We'll reply with one confirmation email providing our return address — no lengthy back-and-forth required. Please note: return parcels should be sent to our courier point address, not our PO Box, as PO Boxes cannot accept parcels. Return postage: For non-faulty returns, you cover return postage; we recommend tracked shipping. If faulty, contact us with photos first and we'll cover return costs. Condition: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, in original packaging where possible, or we may refuse/reduce the refund. Refunds: Processed within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the item, to your original payment method.
