Shipping Policy. Last updated: July 2026. We offer free shipping on every order to the UK, EU, and United States. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days; standard delivery takes 7-10 business days from dispatch. Tracking is emailed once your order ships. International orders (EU/US) may incur customs/import charges, which are the customer's responsibility. Please check your address at checkout — we're not responsible for delays from incorrect addresses. We currently only ship to the UK, EU, and United States.
